The fundamental outlook for some shares means that they are presenting good value atm.

One such stock is Gloucester Coal ( GCL )with projected eps of ~ 80 cents & a price around $3.20
Their P/E is around 4... they are cheap !

I bought some more this morning.

Where will all this stop..

Who knows ?

But if they go lower they are even more of a bargain.
