(The IRR) The problem with us now is, our minds are clouded and swelled with GREED, our expectations are possibly too high, we already know how conservative these reports can be. I believe the flow rates is as they say, 20 times better than expectation, then we should be happy with even (one bb) extractable resources; we already know we can take double even triple this amount; Punters should be satisfied with the IRR at (1000,000,000) of Oil, if we get more that (one bb), then it's a great bonus, "party all night long", we still make lots of $$$ with (one bb+ of oil), will take out partner 20 years +/- to extract. I'm happy if they say (one bb) is extractable.
