Thanks Sabine. There a couple of other mobs I could look up then. Re the 95M - I seriously doubt it has fallen through...the $30M additonal line is a back up as stated by Nick Curtis.
If the $95m falls over - there is pretty much no LYC for now - and therefore no back up needed. I believe its needed because LYC will be around for quite a while to come..and the $30M has been added as contingency/back up/emergency/overrun funds to satisfy the remaining condition prior to drawdown of escrow funds. See other threads on this stock for some diverse and well presented opinions on the drawdown.
Its safe to disregard the opening post on the "dilution thread".
