The cavastowe loan is non-interest bearing and with it being aroung 5 mil this is no major problem for Strathfield. The recent selloff is just part of the game, albeit a bit of an overeaction to Mr Kelly (former founder) selling some of his holding. Notice the traders with 2mil lots, positioned well away from market current price, just trying to put pressure on people to sell to themselves at cheap prices.
