Every platinum mine in South Africa encounters pot holes,they are factored into prodution schedules. To compensate for this you have to create face redundency, to do this you have to increase development meters,you need X amount of face length to get X amout of tons. They are not developing the stoping blocks fast enough to meet production targets.
