Arion Can you explain how you came to that conclusion? I thought one would take out a caveat if they were owed money by a certain owner of the leases and they wanted to prevent them from benefiting financially from selling the lease.

They might have good grades but that is worth zilch , if there is uncertainty.

Any legal eagles out there that could shed light on this issue or better still someone from the company. The sooner this can be verified the better for everyone . If there is a problem I will be exiting shortly.
