Well I know I'm stating the obvious but if a positive deal with Kronos happens the sp will spike dramatically, if not it will tank. I'm guessing the reason it's gone up recently is because a lot of newbies bought in on anticipation, now a number are selling because it didn't happen in Feb and they're not willing to take a chance on it coming later. However assuming a positive announcement does come enabling the finalisation of the plant, even after an initial spike, that would be the wrong time to sell. Remembering that a couple of mou's (or simular) have been signed with other companies which rely on a completed plant. I have no doubt there will be follow up announcements that will keep the sp momentum going and will be followed up by new deals.
