Cavendish released an updated Research Report on HHR at a price target of 9c. The price target is based on
- an assumption that HHR excercise the financing backstop with RR and free carries at 20%
- 20% commercial chance of success Phase 1
- 10% commercial chance of succcess follow on developments
The most interesting thing for me in the report is that the majority of HHR's value, around 6.5c, is attributed to the new licenses HHR got in the 33rd round. In Cavendish's view HHR now has an "expanded opportunity set".
