It certainly has the feel of a stock that is being accumulated.
Boredom is never a good reason to sell, but opportunity cost is. Either way, if the stock gets a kick up on the back of news, I think a good number of those sellers might want to get back in.
Current EV/BOE is $1.1 USD and current UK NBP gas price is equivalent to $85 BOE
It certainly has the feel of a stock that is being accumulated....
