I'm inclined to agree with you re the purchase of equipment by POS. However from what I can gather Norilsk does have a board meeting shortly, perhaps with the new board a decision may be made regarding Cawse.
The way I see it they won't be back, and like you said previously, who would deal with them based on past performance with Orion. With an idle asset gathering dust it surely would be in their best interest to offload to an interested party.
