Loopy you bet me to it. Was going to start a thread with pretty close the exact same concerns after somewhat directive and reading the rest of the proxy form.
Pretty much sums up in my opinion on how disconnected the board is with market sentiment. Maybe even a strong indication they do not care about market concerns.
There has been a lot of angry and very much growing of late with the dismal share value and they try and drop that one on us. Nice try but resolutions from 7-16 is a big fat NO from me.
... And given a ton of free shares if the price rises 40% on a speculative stock. That alone is disgusting!!!
Even if the share price was 30c - 40c, I would still have my reservations about performance rights based on share price appreciation. I'd rather see shares rewarded based on the price being above a certain level(30c) and business thresholds achieved.
In my opinion, time for Phil Gallagher to make way with a solid mining guy. Credibility now it seems at an all-time!
