This is how I see things...

Some of our new shareholders see value in Canyon and wish to accumulate. They don’t expect to get the shares for 10c, but they are happy to pay as little as possible. (This is not a criticism of the Chinese; I am the same.) Our problem is that past hype, combined with poor management performance, has left a lot of existing holders disillusioned & keen to exit. So, even if our new friends wanted to pay more (they don’t) the market won’t let them.

This can go on for some time - because patience rewards both the buyers and management (whose compensation/lifestyles are a major board priority).

But it doesn’t have to be this way. A credible demonstration of management action, or even a convincing plan, would change the dynamic and force buyers to pay closer to true value. But it’s just not clear if Phil is up for it. He won’t tell us.

I hope someone from Canyon reads this and takes note.
