Regarding the issue of shares in lieu of cash salaries foregone during the C19 panic period, I strongly object to them ripping shareholders off by issuing them at 10 cents. Why not use a VWAP for the period they have gone without? Vote no on those resolutions, as this is just taking the urine once again.
Have you noticed that nearly all the resolutions are what shareholders can do for Directors and hangers-on? - nothing on what Directors are doing for shareholders.....F off (again)
