    Over the years China has implemented tighter environmental controls. This group has ran into serious trouble with authorities regarding environmental pollution over the years. Having to close sites etc.

    The high grade, low impurity product out there will be more attractive as a result of these tighter environmental controls. Something talked about extensively on HC.
