In my opinion that is because unfortunately Birsok has no intrinsic value it is worthless ground that could never be economically exploited (DYOR) in my opinion paying anything like $6M for this is astounding to say the least....
"The common link between Altus and CAY is our Chairman Netherway and he's been a seller of CAY shares through Altus" Well that just speaks volumes to CAY holders now doesn't it.... What was that about the need for Board reduction/renewal.........
I know how I would be voting if I was a holder.......
