Agree, there is no reason in accordance with the Australian government’s restrictions on public gatherings that shareholders should be discouraged from attending the AGM.
Historically there has not been that many people attend, that the situation could not be managed.
If space is potentially an issue then source a larger venue.
Either way it is important that shareholders vote. The amount of shares being remunerated needs to be reined in.
