My brief understanding is most exchange is done in London,
hence legislation has proposed UK banks to support EURO/ EU
through a tax or levy on transactions I suspect.

So the problem will be shifted elsewhere if the proposal becomes law.

Veto that and Dax short grows teeth IMO.

Problem for us is any real rally could give lower targets on a weekly close.
