I suppose CAZ's barrister will have to ask the CAZ boys what "this & that" means without letting on what's in the documents. But will CAZ's case bear heavily on the technicalities of mining perse (per say)? Seems to me to be mostly based on legal technicalities of the Mining Act and legal principles and past decisions. lol.

And if anyone noticed my absence it is because I tried installing an Engin Voice Box series 3 wireless router without success. I'm so despirate for 10 cent untimed calls anywhere any time in Australia because I'm loosing so much money on my phone calls. And boy do I hate loosing money, period! That's why, so far, I'm "thinking" CAZ might restore my lost fortune and he/she who laughs last laughs most richly. lol.
