Carpenter held back from making a decision for a long time, then he handed it over to Bowler once he became premier. Rio and the lads leaned on these chaps in a big way, and now Bowler and Burke are the scapegoats ---please.
I just wish we could have a royal comission into teh whole WA gov. Should be standard practise in WA every 7 years.
