Moon. I was trying to find the amendments to the definitions you're talking about - I got as far as the Mining Amendment Act 2004 which was passed by Parliament on 26 October 2004 and, apart from the Warden’s Court amendments, is in operation from 10 February 2006. It still appeared to distunguish between a mining lease and an exploration license ?

All good healthy debate but still not convinced. Granted I'd be a cup half full type but if anything Spovend has me up to grab a few more- still overwhelming on the CAZ side of the ledger - so far (from what I've read) all that's been put forward on the RIO side has sucuumbed to reasoned argument and interpretation.

CAZ has sentiment and reason on its side IMO
