    I don't disagree with that statement - unfortunately it doesn't matter - that sentiment doesn't hold weight really in the context of this dispute. Rules are rules they are there for a reason and RIO didn't play within the rules - CAZ has. RIO is a big player and knows the rules as well as anyone - mistakes are made - they should be accepted and learnt from.
