Hi Cazters..

POI, I wouldn't mind some advice on Caz from legal, researched, intimates or others ......
The hearing on 19/20 March 07 is being held in which court (type??) and is it the same judge who held court in the recent Discovery of Documents??

I would suspect that the decision would be held over for deliberation. Anyone hazard a guess as to how long, or has there been a previous instance of a similar precendent??

Would it seriously impact on cazaly if an MOU with BHP wasn't forth coming upon a favourable judgement?
Has any sampling/or other at Shovelanna indicated what grades are acceptable here? I know the locality is good, but I seem to recall grades that were not all that brilliant????

Whatever happened to Picante????? I understand they paper shuffle a lot (still don"t talk enough) are they just hanging their hat on a result from Shovelanna (oh dear)???

If they don't get the positive decision, what guess on there share price? I am surprised by the lack of traders in this. I would have thought that this is not a bad punt, even given a run up in sp to decision time.
Any thoughts?? Current position - do not hold Caz (at this stage -am a past holder)
