People took an enormous risk with their capital when they jumped on board with CAZ. It was a battle between potential huge gains and probable huge losses.
With UCL you have an enormous proven resource, in a mid range sovereign risk location at a give away price.
In my opinion only minimal downside and potentially huge upside.
Why wouldnt everyone at least have a couple of grand in it?
