Firstly, my sympathy to all holders, I personally don't hold because there was always some risk the decision could go against CAZ.
My personal view continues to be that we have not seen the final decision on Shovelanna. This was and is a very risky decision for the Labor Govt in WA. The precedent has very dangerous implications for the entire mining industry and not just in WA. Local and foreign investors in particular will be studying the future implications of this decision; it has great potential to harm Australia. For this reason I strongly believe it will be vigorously challenged possibly all the way up the judicial ladder.
So what are the next steps for Cazaly?
Perhaps those members with legal background on this site can make some suggestions.
