Why the focus on house prices on a CBA forum when the only thing that'll tank CBA is a rise in unemployment. What does a 10% decline in house prices have to do with CBA when everyone continues to repay their mortgages?!
This whole thread is barking up the wrong tree and it's showing that many of you don't have a clue. A macroeconomic downturn is what would make CBA drop like a rock, not a revision in house prices.
PS: Yes CBA is ridiculously overprices.
