Yes All the money appears to have gone from CBA to Westpac or the regionals.
Perhaps CBA can buy a regional like Bendigo Bank or Bank of Queensland, may get anti trust or competition review but they can only try.
CBA can try to expand itself by a takeover or play second fiddle to Westpac or see the regionals get bigger especially if Bendigo Bank takes over Bank of Queensland.
Troubles can play with CBA.
