so is part of the challenge that the fee for service doesn't cover the costs let alone make a make sufficient profit.
I wonder if they would introduce a fee restructure would people want the service.
As a shareholder I want them to make money and not be a charity. Having said that I appreciate that being a bank in AU comes with some social responsibilities.
