I honestly hope we have a huge surge in loan defaults in Australia - prices need to come down and these sick white-collar workers with combined $500k salaries destroying the fabric of Sydney by buying throngs of primary residencies, holiday properties, Airbnb's and long-term rental dwellings needs to stop.
What will it take for this country to experience what it did after the GFC when prices were 20-30% lower? This property madness needs to be obliterated - I wish the government would stop coddling you lot every time somebody screams the word recession or the unemployment rate spikes.
