    Thanks for agreeing, sadly since the GFC every freaking time there's a financial crisis, the government "front-loads" stimulus so the manbabies of Sydney can keep paying their mortgages, renovating their beachside properties, claim deductions, keep their jobs and complain about how difficult it is to own so many properties and pay multiple mortgages, on their $500k salaries propped up by economic stimulus that continues to induce demand.

    I am flabbergasted that we have had the largest increase in rate rises in history and it has barely put a dent in the market. In fact, the inverse of home prices and interest rates have made homes even more unaffordable, but Double Bay Jesus is floating on money like no tomorrow. And he claims he's pro-environment, it makes me hate Sydney all that much more.

    "And I own 7 luxury houses and I drive up the cost of land so everyone else can suffer!!!!"

    Honestly I am so tired of governments' coddling - we need another Great Depression to reset this shit.
