Salty, How right you are ! Imo affordability is still there but nobody wants to work for it. They are not prepared to scrimp and save to achieve a goal and want top shelf and want it now. If these guys put in as much time working as they do moaning they would pay the house off quick smart. Now I am not pretending that its a piece of cake but it takes commitment and that these days is sadly lacking.
