Yeah, I would much prefer CBA continues to do business with Woolies, the NRL and Gerry Harvey. There's no need for CBA to get its hands dirty with local member clubs, leave that to the cowboys HSBC and stick with the corporates.
CBA's best growth opportunities would be to fully integrate their banking services with federal and state government's digital ID programs. I know for a fact that the Federal Government's digital ID program already allows for 3rd party providers. CBA could open up a lucrative revenue stream in selling customers data to government agencies and where necessary, preventing purchases of particular items or fined, i.e. ike PayPal was doing. If somone posts antivaxxer misinformation, CBA could simply fine them $2,000 or temporarily restrict how much somone can spend.
