i reckon follow that rule precisely, rinse and repeat over a couple of times you could be challenged by the ATO under tax avoidance. Still they won’t care, they will find something.
i remember corresponding with the ATO in another area so l could advise the staff. I was following tax law; the ATO agreed, yet the ATO wanted to take the matter to court.
