This is quite interesting and thank you for explaining. I am a very amateur investor. If you don’t mind, could you please clarify a few points ?
- how is the exercise price determined ? I.e if I was to look into the warrants now, what exercisable price would I be looking at ?
- are these easily accessible/tradeable on commsec ?
- what are the CGT implications ?
All in all, this strategy is pretty much taking a long position on the increasing value of the sp right ?
