    Having just had another unfriendly discussion about the quality of service from the BIG bank I am curious to see if there is anyone who has a good word to say about them

    With a history of my wife worked there in her younger days for 30 years and I personally have had an account there for over 55 years inc CommsSec but I have found that the service has deteriorated markedly, especially over the last three years.

    It has been my experience that when a company/business starts to drastically cut corners and reduces the levels of service and the staff levels it is always due to increased internal financial pressures.

    So is it time for those that hold CBA shares to look closely at their holdings before the bottom falls out of the value, certainly the slide over the last few weeks has made a lot of people poorer
