so cba atms, allowed junkets to deposit 10k transactions knowing they where junkets and failed to report the deposits to the appropriate banking/government authorities?
or they reported them but its morale wrong to allow the deposits to occur?
the people who the casino junkets where operating on behalf of are known criminals and cba should have known that also and not allowed the deposit of their money?
Casinos would not exist if it wasn't for drug dealers and organized crime Is it not the job of the police to track down and stop these people or at least notify banks to seize their funds or not allow them to deposit or withdrawals money. and is it not the role of governments to legislate that a junket or host can not deposit money for guests, or something,
its like holding the people who built the freeway responsible for the people who are speeding, even though you have flashed them with a camera and reported it to the authorities?
