dmauf i always thought the result would be good but at this stage it dosn't matter we knew what the numbers were going to be from last quarter.My concern is going forward and i notice how they chose there words cautiously .I think that the only thing holding it up is the divy for now.
Still finished off 1.87% though.A lot of overseas money has pushed the bigger cities real estate prices up.The same thing that pushed them up will bring them down.Rates moving up the banks didn't really get sold down on the last rise which surprised me.Now another rate rise on the way.
I still hold a short position i think once it goes ex-div what them go for the exit door.
