On arrival in Oz as a migrant some 25 years ago it took me less than one week to realise CBA was a pretty crappy bank. Transferred out. Trouble was most of the others were/are useless too. Banking in this country sucks, big time. And yes, most Australians are just too lazy to be bothered changing.
