Sure you'll get the usual winging mantra from the bank bashers, but the truth is the official RBA increase, plus the CBA bonus and the resulting high dollar will kill housing speculation and keep inflation in check, and that's a good thing for shareholders and the long term economic health of this beautiful country of ours.
