CBA creates nothing but debt. It''s a rentier parasite. A bloated tick stuck on the back of the mining industry. It's fate is determined by the fortunes of others. If commodity prices fall then so does CBA. I fail to understand the much vaunted "safe haven" appeal. China could click its fingers tomorrow and it's bye-bye property market.
In recent weeks I've seen a sudden onset of fintwit commentary internationally about how worrying CBA's share price is. Normally, Australia's stock affairs never register any comment at all so the situation would have to be pretty extreme to spark this level of notice.
