As per my NAB downside post this morning. (Please have a look), CBA has also double topped in the short term (Check your daily charts) 1/8/02 high of $31.49 and today it hit around $31.50 now back to $31.30 (very quickly). On the 1/8, it retraced with a black candle "shooting star" type formation and look to be forming the same so far today. Target $29.75 which is where it closes it's gap on teh daily chart. Momentuim indicatoors also show the rally to today's highs shows bearish divergence.
Strategy:
Buy CBA Put Options. Put Spreads, Put warrants
Sell CBA Cal Options Spreads.
Target: $29.95, Stop loss $31.60
