Sydney 16 February 2009: The Commonwealth Bank Group today announced the appointment of Annabel Spring as Group Head of Strategy. Ms Spring’s most recent position was Managing Director, Head of Global Strategy and Execution for Morgan Stanley in New York. She takes over from Ian Narev who was recently appointed to Group Executive Business and Private Banking.
Interesting appointment, an MD from Morgan Stanley ...... CBA now has someone who is willing to claim responsibility for the strategies executed by a top investment bank over the past few years! hmm
