Narev looks like he is heading down the same path as John Stumpf at Wells Fargo. He needs to come out and say mea culpa very quickly. But like Stumpf maybe personal hubris will get in the way. It will tell me a lot about Narev as I observe how he deals with this crisis. If he lets lawyers run his strategy and adopts the admit nothing and say very little strategy, then that will be the end of him, just like it was with Deborah Thomas at Ardent.
