If this mining slowdown is sustained and retail etc continues to deteriorate then the unemployment rate is going to edge up, and at some point there will be a tipping point and then we'll see how much the CBA and any other bank is willing to lend.
These banks will be running back to Uncle Glenn to get government bailouts again.
