CBA may hold the key for AOR

A point not to be overlooked in this fascinating takeover bid for AOR is the role of the Commonwealth Bank.

The CBA (through its Colonial First State Investments) holds 16.27% of AOR.

That stake is going to be of critical significance as this takeover drama plays itself out.

And, of course, holding 16.27% of AOR will not hurt CBA's share price one little bit.
