The company has already copped the first strike against its Remuneration Report (25%+ voted against),
I believe.
Vote against the Remuneration Report, again, at the forthcoming AGM.
This will be the second strike, if 50%+ vote against.
If successful then have a spill of the Board.
New Board can then turf out the CEO.
Is this achieveable?
