Hey garland,
Well done for a small quick trade. $300 PROFIT for 1hr 10 minutes work....is good..others work 2-3 days in a wage type job to earn $300. With $10,000 that would have been $750 profit....in 1hr...basically a weekly wage for most salary earners.
That is the way to be, quick IN and OUT and just trade the swings of the low to high of the day. Some days are very good other times it might only be 1 cent moves and not worth the trade.
Generaly most warrants move 1 cent for every 10/12 cents the mother stock moves. So on a 20/25 cent move the warrant will move about 2 cents.
To get the entry right, pay close attention to the mother stocks MARKET DEPTH and watch close for the moves up or down.If we move say down rather fast over a half hour period, like CBA did in the 1st 20 minutes this morning, it comes back up and vise versa....example in the next 30min after the 10.30am, CBA ran to $37.00 from $36.67.
Example:The CALL warrant CBAWMB was 15/16 cents and then peaked at 18.5/19 cents, as CBA went to $37.24.
All the best.
Cheers.
