Sounds more like insider information relating to the 20 basis ppoint increase in bad debts which represents about a 7% cut in profit, which is about equal to a fall from $30.50 to $28.00+.
Insider trading is not a good thing, however it could be a good thing in respect that it would mean the profit downgrade has already been factored in to the price.
