    Any "big gun" that buys the debt gets the debt at a discount but that does not reduce the debt that relates to CNP. The big gun will be trained at CNP with the aim of screwing CNP so that they profit from buying the debt at a reduced price. I doubt the big gun will be handled by a white knight.
