Hi Bedger, Great discussion, it does feel a bit like merry go round time, still being on a horse when it stops will not be fun. As my cba horse is completely in pension phase super ,I plan to risk the ride ,and wait for the off market buy back . Plus I think the banks divis will be pretty special this year , so apart from off market buybacks , my plan is to stay overweight the other banks until the end of the financial year , then bail out partially. Non discretionary retail , cash , small shopping centre trusts , cash , until the raisings happen again. And so on , and so on, until the west's faux capitalism chokes on the contradictions. Although I have to admit , I have been waiting for the triumph of socialism for 50 years , so I am a person who has been wrong many times before. cheers
