Serious question....the CBA off-market buy back...you can sell your shares to CBA for a 10-14% discount to the market price. Why would anyone do this? I'm assuming there's no transaction fees so you're saving a tid bit but I can't see that warranting letting go of your shares for such a huge discount.
What am I missing?
